 | Socially Responsible Company of the Year 2007 in Hungary
The consultants of Proactive Management Consulting Ltd. established a non-profit Ltd, called Napra Forgó in 2000, in order to ensure rehabilitation through the provision of integrated employment opportunities for disabled people, or people under disadvantaged conditions. The organization itself has a capacity to employ 50-80 people and has managed to secure employment for the same number in outside organizations. This gives the employees a chance to prove to themselves and their employers that as active members of society, they are able to create value.
In 2007, Napra Forgó was awarded the Prize for the Socially Responsible Company of the Year by the Schwab Foundation.
